Adam has experience in litigation involving commercial and business litigation, appellate advocacy, general civil litigation, labor & employment law, and estate planning. He has argued before the Ohio Court of Appeals and has been successful in representing clients throughout Ohio.
Adam is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, which he attended on a debate scholarship. He was trained in law at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at OhioState, Adam was the school’s champion in the National Mediation Competition and Negotiation Competition, and he co-founded and served as the Executive Editor of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal.
Adam is a member of the Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations, and he is a member of William McKinley Lodge #431, F&AM.As a former high school and collegiate debater, Adam remains active in the community by serving as a volunteer debate judge.
Adam and wife, Sarah, live in Kettering, Ohio, and they enjoy gardening, cooking, and outdoor activities.
He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
