About Falke & Dunphy, LLC
Our firm has its beginnings in 1992 when Lee C. Falke stepped down as Prosecuting Attorney of Montgomery County, Ohio, to engage in the private practice of law. Lee served a record 28 years as Montgomery County Prosecutor, earning a national reputation as an innovator and consistently having the best record of successful prosecutions in Ohio. Lee served as President of the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association in 1971 and was selected as the Outstanding Prosecuting Attorney in Ohio that same year. In 1978 Lee was elected President of the National District Attorney’s Association and later served as Chairman of its Board of Directors. One prominent Dayton colleague wrote recently that “I have found no dissent from the conclusion that (Lee) is as honorable, caring and innovative a lawyer as our community has ever produced.”
From its beginnings, under Lee’s leadership Falke and Dunphy, LLC, has developed into a full service personal injury law firm, representing and advising clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including automobile, truck, motorcycle and bus accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and will contests.
