Our firm has its beginnings in 1992 when Lee C. Falke stepped down as Prosecuting Attorney of Montgomery County, Ohio, to engage in the private practice of law. Lee served a record 28 years as Montgomery County Prosecutor, earning a national reputation as an innovator and consistently having the best record of successful prosecutions in Ohio. Lee served as President of the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association in 1971 and was selected as the Outstanding Prosecuting Attorney in Ohio that same year. In 1978 Lee was elected President of the National District Attorney’s Association and later served as Chairman of its Board of Directors. One prominent Dayton colleague wrote recently that “I have found no dissent from the conclusion that (Lee) is as honorable, caring and innovative a lawyer as our community has ever produced.”
From its beginnings, under Lee’s leadership Falke and Dunphy, LLC, has developed into a full service personal injury law firm, representing and advising clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including automobile, truck, motorcycle and bus accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and will contests. Our attorneys represent clients at every level of state and federal courts, including the common pleas courts in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hamilton, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Warren counties of Ohio, the Ohio Court of Appeals (1st, 2nd and 12th Districts), the United State District Court for the Southern District of Ohio (at Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus), the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit in Cincinnati, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Our trial practice includes the areas of political subdivision, automobile, uninsured motorist, products, civil rights, employment and premises liability law. We also represent clients in probate and estate administration, estate planning and family law.
We have two convenient locations, one in Dayton and the other in Centerville, both providing free parking immediately adjacent to our offices.
