Susan M. Brasier
After graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1986 where she served on Law Review, Susan accepted a position with the law firm of Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz working in the Detroit, Michigan office. She concentrated her practice in the area of complex litigation and labor and employment law. Susan joined Lee Falke’s firm in 1990 because it afforded her the flexibility to nurture her growing family as well as her growing legal practice. From 1990 through 2006, Susan also served the Municipality of Riverside, Ohio as its prosecutor garnering recognition for her work on behalf of victims of Domestic Violence. A frequent presenter on the topic of Domestic Violence, Susan was featured in the documentary “City of Shelter.” In 2007, Susan started teaching various undergraduate legal courses, including Constitutional Law, at Miami University.
Susan’s life is devoted to caring for families – whether others or her own. She is a proud mother of three sons and is delighted to discuss children’s activities and the finer points of successful college applications. In addition to her legal practice, Susan’s passions include cooking, distance running, and volunteering with various community groups.
