Adam R. Webber


Adam is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, which he attended on a debate scholarship. While at Ohio State, Adam was the school’s champion in the National Mediation Competition and Negotiation Competition, and he co-founded and served as the Executive Editor of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal.

After law school, Adam worked for a large firm in Northeast Ohio, representing corporations in labor and employment disputes. When he and his wife decided to move to Dayton to be closer to family, he worked for a small litigation firm before deciding to join Falke & Dunphy, LLC. He chose Falke & Dunphy, LLC for the opportunity to build his own practice centered around representing individuals in labor and employment matters.

Adam and wife, Sarah, live in Kettering, Ohio with their three young boys and one young girl. He enjoys working in his large vegetable garden, beekeeping, and cooking.
